Dear Rep. Murzin:

Did I HEAR you right on the news this evening? Your bright idea of stimulating the local economy is to advise citizens to run out and spend money and run up their credit cards in the midst of one of the worst economic crises in the history of this nation? Are you CRAZY? Have you "Rethuglicans" learned NOTHING from your "philosophy" of deregulation and tax breaks for corporations and wealthy individuals, which has resulted in the (predictable, had you all LISTENED) collapse of our economy, with all the wealth concentrated at the top, while the rest of the country lose their jobs, their health insurance and retirement benefits, their children's college educations, face homelessness, and the loss of their very lives? You all need your HEADS EXAMINED and should all be impeached, the whole bunch of you...Crist, Sansom, and all the rest of you who refuse to CHANGE, who refuse to acknowledge the fact that your "Rethuglican" philosophy is of a bygone era...IT DOESN'T WORK. It is the corporate greed and attitudes of gross entitlement on the part of Republican government, as well as corporations, that has destroyed the once-great fabric of this country. I hope you all are proud of yourselves, for you will go down in history as the greediest, stubbornest, STUPIDEST individuals to ever hold public office....Advising local citizens to go out and spend what they don't have, which does nothing but put hurting citizens in more debt, and WHAT FOR?? To line the pockets of wealthy corporations and support a local economy and government that cares NOTHING! Absolutely NOTHING that comes out of the mouth of a "Rethuglican" anymore surprises me one bit. You should all be ashamed of yourselves.

My current goal is to promote national and global awareness of the insidious corruption in Florida government. Specifically...

Here is a link to my petition:

http://www.thepetitionsite.com/1/equaljusticeforall

As of this moment, I have 66 signatures from individuals, many of whom live in other states, and some of whom live in other countries, which reflects a global awareness and desire to have any and all issues of injustice, anywhere in the world, addressed and appropriately corrected.

Millions of Floridians cannot seek justice and have grievances addressed through the courts, our Constitutional right, against an auto manufacturer, insurance company, healthcare provider, government agency, an individual, whomever, because in 2004, Florida
passed unconstitutional legislation, the only state in the union to do so, charging court fees to those who cannot afford to pay...and in the current economic crisis...that number grows exponentially daily.

This is an egregious injustice, and NOBODY in Florida is doing anything really effective to change it; it is clear that the intent behind the legislation is to discourage citizens from seeking redress through the courts. I have been informed by another Floridian involved in "court watch" activities that it is apparent that many judges are deliberately ruling in such a manner as to give the party(ies) involved no choice but to file an appeal, which results in more court fees. This practice is unconscionable, and if the 2004 unconstitutional legislation is reversed, then there will no longer be a "profit motivation" to influence a judge's decision.

Thank you. Peace.

Rep.
Murzin:

Funny you mention "due process," in the only state in the union with boneheads...er, lawmakers who deliberately spit on the US Constitution by passing legislation in 2004 that charges court fees to the indigent, not just for the money, but to keep as many Floridians as possible from "suin… Continue

I'm told the link I just sent you all doesn't take you directly to my questions. Type ctuck622 in the Search box and my stuff should come up.

Citizens on disability who qualify for food stamps, those citizens who are most vulnerable and most in need, face an unjust "Catch-22." The Federal government just increased Social Security benefits 5.8%, the first "real" increase in years, only to have the State of Florida consider that as "additional income," and use that as a justification to lower food stamp benefits and raise medically needy shares-of-cost. The Federal government giveth, and the State taketh away. The whole point behind the… Continue
